Providing evidence

 

Whether you appeal online or by post, you will be asked to include evidence for your case. 

Evidence might include: 

  • witness statements
  • documents
  • photographs
  • maps
  • videos

The Chamber President issues the following Practice Direction under section 74 of the 2014 Act, and all other powers enabling the Chamber President to do so.  The Direction came into force on 1 December 2023 and only applies to proceedings commenced on or after that date.

If you are unable to make an appeal online, you can request an appeal form by phoning 0300 303 5760 or emailing transportappeals@scotcourtstribunals.gov.uk and providing your name and address and brief details of your claim. Once you have received and completed the form, send together with copies of your evidence to:
